Cancellations and Refunds

However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please carefully read our cancellation and refund policy below to understand the eligibility criteria and process.

Cancellation Policy

  • Some of our services are eligible for cancellation, while others are not. Each service has its own specific guidelines regarding cancellations.
  • To check if a service is eligible for cancellation, please refer to the service description before placing an order.
  • If a service is eligible for cancellation and the order has not been processed or completed, you may cancel it by contacting our support team.
  • Orders that have already been fulfilled or partially completed are not eligible for cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • All canceled orders that meet our cancellation criteria are eligible for a full refund.
  • If we fail to deliver your order within the expected time frame plus an additional 7 days, you are eligible to claim a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. We do not offer refunds in any other form.
  • If your order is marked as completed, but you experience issues, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of order completion for assistance.
  • We do not provide refunds for orders where incorrect information was provided by the customer.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at support@xcurse.com or via our live chat.
  2. Provide your Order ID and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If you open a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to ban your account and restrict future purchases.
  • We encourage all customers to reach out to our support team before taking any action regarding disputes.
